• A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 17:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

• The above itinerary is for reference only. Traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid arranging activities on that night. We apologize for any delays.
• The company is not responsible for the inability to join the tour or the poor quality of the scenery due to force majeure such as traffic, weather, etc., and no refunds or rescheduling are possible. Please understand.
• If affected by traffic congestion, facility maintenance, etc., the itinerary or stay time of each attraction will be adjusted.
• The company will not provide any refund if the passenger abandons the tour due to personal reasons.

Since this itinerary cannot be transferred to other flights or joined midway, if you fail to participate in the one-day tour due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. • Vehicle type: Cars are assigned based on the number of people. When traveling with a small number of people, a driver and accompanying personnel will be arranged to provide full travel services. No additional tour leader will be assigned. Please note.
• Due to the large number of people during the maple viewing season, there is a possibility of serious traffic jams, so it is recommended to bring your own light meals.
• The maple viewing period will be slightly delayed due to weather conditions. Once the tour is organized, the trip will proceed as usual regardless of the maple leaf conditions. Please be advised.
• After the trip has started, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded according to the actual expenses incurred. Additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation costs must be borne by the passenger.
