• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Performance times and performing artists may change without prior notice due to circumstances of the organizer or performer.
• Cast members may change depending on various circumstances. Please understand that cancellations due to cast changes are not possible.
• Please note that cancellations after reservation confirmation will incur a 100% cancellation fee and no refunds will be given.
• Seats will be determined on the day. Please note that you cannot specify zones or seat numbers in advance.
• Bringing food into the venue is prohibited. (Water is allowed.)
• Taking photos or videos with a telephoto camera inside the venue is prohibited. Luggage may be subject to inspection prior to entering the venue.
• Neither we nor the organizer are responsible for any loss or theft of tickets after receipt. (Tickets cannot be reissued.)
• Please be sure to bring your passport or alien registration certificate (original) with you on the day of the event.
• This ticket is for foreigners only. (Koreans cannot make reservations.)
• If a minor makes a reservation, it is considered that the reservation was made with parental permission.
• The drop-off locations are limited to Hongik University Station and Myeongdong Station. Please understand that pick-up to your hotel is not possible.
