For cancellations made 9 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
• The itinerary is for reference only. In the case of force majeure including but not limited to attraction closure due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances or adverse traffic or weather conditions,etc, the local tour company has the right to modify alternative arrangements or cancel the itinerary. No prior notice and no compensation would be provided
• Price for optional activities that are at travellers’ own expense is for reference only and is subject to change at any time without prior notification. Please refer to the on-site announcements for details from the your guide
• Attraction operating hours may change due to the pandemic; consider this when booking
• If attractions close due to holidays or unforeseen events, the guide will provide alternative plans
• No refunds or compensation for leaving or missing the tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accident)
• Carry your passport and visa at all times
• Arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early
• Children under 18 require at least 1 adult companion
• Following local rules, kids under 8 need a car seat. If we use a specific bus, kids under 8 must have a car seat too. If you have kids under 8, check with the local agency to confirm the bus type and car seat rental (US$8/day). Not doing so may mean they can't join
• Each traveler can have one large-size luggage (under 28" and 20 kg) and one carry-on baggage
• The tour guide may change the attraction order due to weather; consider this before booking
• The guide will handle optional activities; if you don't want to join, enjoy free time and meet up later
• The tour guide is responsible for ticket purchases; travelers can't use their tickets (e.g., City Pass), please consider this before booking
• Price details are for reference; check each attraction's official website or on-site announcements for ticket specifics
• The itinerary may change due to weather and traffic conditions; inquire with the tour guide for updates
• In cases of force majeure (e.g., weather, transportation, equipment issues, strikes) causing tour delays, resulting in traveler inconvenience or extra fees for non-included transportation, no refunds or compensation will be provided
• Keep your baggage secure; travelers are responsible for lost or damaged baggage. For mechanical vehicle failures causing baggage loss or damage, partial refunds may apply
• Compensation for bus delays depends on the delay time; note that no portions of the tour fee will be refunded. The tour guide will explain compensation on-site; please follow their arrangements
• Arrive at the meeting point on time; late arrivals won't be allowed to join, and no refunds will be given
