Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• Meals are not included for children under the age of 3
• The schedule may change depending on the transportation and road conditions, and arrival at the destination may be delayed. In the unlikely event that the return is delayed and you need to use a taxi or stay overnight, you will not be charged.
• Depending on the weather or crowding, the time spent at the stopover facilities may be shortened or the stopover facilities may be canceled. Also, the stopover itinerary may change depending on the car number.
• We are planning to visit the Blue Pond in Biei, but traffic congestion is expected during the tourist season. Depending on the traffic situation, we may change the sightseeing spot to a hill in the northwest.
• Please note that the flower viewing season may vary depending on the weather conditions of the year. Also, the types and number of flowers may change from year to year.
• If you are traveling to Sapporo, Hokkaido, please refrain from participating on the last day of your trip. (There is no compensation for bus delays.)
• Children under 2 years old are free. When making a reservation, please write their name, gender, and age in the comments section. (There are no seats.)
• Due to legal changes to bus driver working hours etc. from April 1st, we may not be able to stop at tourist spots depending on the congestion situation. Thank you for your understanding.
