For cancellations made at least 41 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
For cancellations made 2 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• The maximum daily usage time is 10 hours. An additional 5,000 yen per hour will be charged (payable on site)
• The above travel times are all estimated arrival times. Traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid arranging activities on that night. We apologize for any delays.
• Please note that the departure time and route of each sightseeing spot may be adjusted depending on the road conditions on the day.
• Please be advised that no refund will be given for itinerary changes and attraction cancellations due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather.
• Please note that no refund will be given if the passenger abandons the trip due to personal reasons.
• Please fasten your seat belts while the bus is in motion and do not move around. Sorry, you cannot get on or off the bus during the journey.
• After the trip has started, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded according to the actual expenses incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation costs must be borne by the passenger.
• Passengers under the age of 18 cannot participate alone and must be accompanied by a passenger over the age of 18.
• Due to limited space in the luggage storage box, if you wish to bring a large suitcase on board, please inform us in the remarks column. Thank you for your cooperation.
• Only Chinese tour guides are available, but no language services are provided for attraction introductions.
• Designated location pick-up is limited to hotels in Tokyo city or designated locations in Tokyo city. If you need pick-up in other areas, you will need to pay a separate quote. If you need pick-up outside of Tokyo city, please ask your customer service.
• Please provide the hotel or designated location in Tokyo city where you would like to be picked up, its name, address and contact number in the remarks column.
• According to the law, infants under 5 years old need to use baby seats or child cushions. One baby seat or child cushion is provided free of charge in each car. If you need a second baby seat or child cushion, you will need to pay an additional fee of 2,000 yen each. Please pay to the driver on site. Baby seats or child cushions must be reserved in advance. If you need them, please be sure to leave a note in the remarks column. If you do not have a reservation, we will not be able to provide them on the day. Please understand.
• The appointment is subject to secondary confirmation, please wait for your customer service reply.
• If the itinerary needs to be adjusted, you can discuss it with the driver on site. If the passenger gives up part of the itinerary due to personal reasons, no refund will be given. If you want to add more itineraries and need ticket fees, you need to purchase the tickets on site.
• If the tour cannot be arranged due to traffic congestion or stadium delays, no additional compensation will be made.
• Please bring your own golf equipment. If you need assistance renting golf equipment, please notify us 5 days before departure.
• The golf course does not provide golf bag transportation service, please carry your golf equipment by yourself.
• Wearing jeans, T-shirts, slippers and other inappropriate clothing is prohibited in both the stadium and the temple.
• This product cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons (except Heping Stock Main Coupon).
• The price does not include a rod caddy. If you need a rod caddy, please inform the service staff on site. Whether it can be provided will be determined based on the on-site response.
• On the day of the game, simple lunches such as set meals and ramen will be provided. You can also order other meals at your own expense on site. The content of the meals will be mainly based on what is provided on site.
• The main golf course is KYO COUNTRY CLUB. If KYO COUNTRY CLUB is full, you can go to EAGLE LAKE GOLF CLUB instead.
• Meals cannot be customized. If you have vegetarian or special dietary requirements, please inform us in the remarks column when ordering.
