For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• If there are no reservations by 3pm 10 days prior to departure, the tour will be cancelled.
• For safety reasons, if weather conditions or other factors make it impossible to operate, the route may be changed or the tour may be canceled.
• The bus operates on a scheduled schedule. If you miss the bus due to your own reasons, there will be no compensation.
• This tour may be delayed due to weather, road traffic conditions (accidents and congestion), and other reasons. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to transfer to trains, planes, buses, etc. after the tour ends. Thank you for your understanding.
• We will adjust the size of the vehicle depending on the number of participants on the day. (For example, coaster or small bus → medium bus → large bus)
• There are no storage spaces on the vehicles. If you have large luggage, please store it in a coin locker beforehand.
• On the day, staff will guide you to your seat. Please note that if there are many applications, you may have to share a table with other customers.
• If a child under 3 requires a seat, please apply as a child.
• Poisonous volcanic gas (sulfur dioxide, SO2) flows around the crater. People with asthma, bronchial disease, heart disease, or poor physical condition cannot visit the crater as it may be life-threatening.
• Due to gas regulations, etc., it may not be possible to visit the crater. In that case, we will adjust the time for sightseeing at Kusasenri to be longer.
• The accompanying interpreter is a conversation assistant, not a tour conductor or bus guide.
