For cancellations made 8 to 11 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply

For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• There will be a lot of people on the day of the event, so it is recommended to wear light and comfortable clothes and shoes, and pay attention to sun protection, mosquito repellent and hydration.
• The signal may be unstable on site, so it is recommended to agree on a meeting time and place with your companions in advance to avoid getting separated.
• The event is an outdoor activity. In case of light rain, the event will proceed as usual. It is recommended to bring rain gear (long-handled umbrellas are prohibited). In case of bad weather, the organizer may cancel the fireworks display and will notify you separately based on the specific situation.
• Please keep your valuables safe. There is no luggage storage service on site.
• The buses depart and return at the same time. Please abide by the meeting time. You will not be waited for or refunded if you are late. Thank you for your understanding.
• It is recommended to bring cash and food supplies with you, as there may be queues at the event site or some stalls may not support electronic payments.
• There will be severe traffic jams on the day of the fireworks festival, and the time to reach the disbanding point may be delayed. Please understand. During the group trip, you cannot leave the group early or leave the group midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be deemed to be abandoned by yourself and no refund will be made. Any accidents that may occur after leaving the group or leaving the group will be borne by you. Please understand.
• Seasonal events (such as cherry blossoms, red leaves, special flowering periods, lighting, fireworks festivals, snow scenery sightseeing, hot spring season, festivals, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather or other force majeure factors, and the specific arrangements may be adjusted, so please refer to the official notice. If we do not receive a clear official notice to cancel the event, we will arrange it according to the original plan. If the flowering period or special event cannot meet expectations, no refund will be made. Please be aware.
• Due to the long journey, the actual arrival time will be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The above time is only an estimate. Please avoid arranging other activities after the day's itinerary. If there is any loss caused by delay, our company will not bear the relevant responsibility. Please understand.
