• Ticket for children aged 0-2 years old are free of charge
• The e-ticket will be sent to your email within 24 hours before departure. Please present this e-ticket to our Seudamgo staff for pick-up service
• For ferry ticket exchange, please proceed to Seudamgo counter
• The complimentary hotel transfer service is available only on Koh Kood. Please provide the exact hotel name and address in Koh Kood when booking. If you fail to provide a pick-up address, an additional fee will be charged upon pick-up
• For Koh Mak, pick-up and drop-off will be at the pier
• The vehicle type might be changed to different class of Van or Bus without prior notice, depending on the number of passengers per day
• Each booking can be changed once only
  – Schedule changes must be made at least 24 hours before departure and within 90 days of the original travel date
  – Route changes are not allowed
  – Changes requested less than 24 hours before departure will not be accepted
• Pets are allowed on board
