• A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• The sledding hill and some amusement facilities may not be available depending on local weather conditions.
• Guests arriving after the departure time will be considered to have cancelled the same-day tour and will not be given a refund.
• Children under 36 months are free of charge, please inform us in advance when making a reservation. (No separate seating)
• You can use the tour by presenting a printed paper voucher or an electronic voucher on your mobile phone at the meeting point. (For details, please refer to the product usage method.)
