• Namhansanseong Fortress
  In 2014, Namhansanseong Fortress achieved UNESCO World Cultural Heritage status, underscoring its role as a key resource for understanding Korean history, culture, and architectural technology. Built in the early 17th century, it’s a quintessential Joseon Dynasty fortress with 48 observation towers, 4 gates offering mutual visibility, and stunning views of Seoul and its vibrant forests.

• Namhansanseong Palace
  Representing the glory of the throne in the Joseon Dynasty, Namhansanseong Palace is located at the southernmost part of the palace complex. This historic site has witnessed various historical events from the late period of the Joseon Dynasty to the Japanese colonial era.
