1. Time-limited Pass
• 24-hour or 48-hour options
• Activated from the time you first enter an attraction
• Example: If you enter your first attraction at 9:00 am on Jan 1 with a 24-hour pass, benefits are valid until 8:59 am on Jan 2
2. Quantity-limited Pass (Big3 / Big5)
• Big3: Choose 1 attraction from Group A (Purple) + 2 from Group B (Blue)
• Big5: Choose 2 attractions from Group A (Purple) + 3 from Group B (Blue)
• Valid for 180 days from first use
• Example: If you use the Big3 pass at Lotte World Adventure Busan (Group A), you cannot use other Group A attractions again

Q: Can I enter attractions directly with the pass?
A: No. You must exchange your Card Pass (or Mikitravel QR code / Mobile Pass) at the ticket office for an admission ticket.
Q: Can I change the pick-up place after booking (Card version)?
A: Yes. You may visit any listed pick-up place without changing your voucher. Please contact Customer Service (+82 1660 1122) to confirm stock before visiting.
Q: Can I change the pick-up date after booking (Card version)?
A: Yes. You can pick up the pass any date during the redemption period.
Q: Can I activate transportation card functions for teenagers/children (Card version)?
A: Yes. Visit a convenience store with your passport and birth date to activate.
Q: How do I get a refund for charged transportation card balance (Card version)?
