• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• The itinerary attractions and time may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as weather and traffic conditions. The tour guide reserves the right to adjust according to the situation. To avoid any loss, it is recommended not to arrange other activities that night. Thank you for your understanding.
• The tour duration and arrival time of each attraction may be changed (deleted or compressed) according to the weather and traffic conditions of the day. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.
• We will email your tour leader and vehicle information to your email address at approximately 9:00 PM local time the evening before departure. Please check your inbox and spam folder. We apologize for any delays during peak season. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the last one.
• Each person is limited to one carry-on bag and one suitcase. If you require additional large luggage, please purchase a luggage plan (2,000 yen per piece) and contact customer service in advance or specify this in the reservation notes.
• The craft workshops and some other facilities are closed during the winter. Winter tours may be suspended depending on weather and snow conditions. This tour is strictly for snow play, not for professional skiing. Professional ski equipment and snowboards (iron or aluminum) are not permitted.
• The cost of sledding and snow donut rides exceeding one hour is at the individual's expense.
• During your trip, please carry your passport and valuables with you and keep them safely. You will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
• It is not recommended for the elderly, people with cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and heart disease, and pregnant women to participate.
• This tour does not accept individual registrations from passengers under the age of 18. If you wish to participate, a guardian must register with you.
• This is a shared tour with a fixed itinerary. Please adhere to the designated stop times at each attraction and follow the driver's instructions. For more flexible itinerary options, please refer to our private charter car tour services.
• This tour does not include meals. Please bring your own lunch. You can eat at the attractions or bring your own.
• Please note that no refunds will be given if you do not participate or cancel the tour due to personal reasons, such as lateness. If you leave the tour mid-trip, your transaction will be deemed void and no refunds will be given. You will be solely responsible for any consequences that may affect your personal or property.
• The arrival time of each tour may change due to traffic conditions, weather, festivals, and crowds on the day. If the tour is delayed or cancelled due to the above or other force majeure factors, please understand that this is not a reason for requesting a refund.
