• A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Adults and children are priced the same. Individuals under 18 and over 65 cannot purchase tickets alone and must be accompanied by a guardian. Elderly individuals, those with cardiovascular conditions such as hypertension and heart disease, and pregnant women are not permitted to participate in this tour.
• When making a reservation, please be sure to provide your contact information (mobile phone number with international roaming / LINE / WhatsApp / WeChat). Customer service will confirm the itinerary with you at 9:00 pm (local time) one day before departure at the latest, so please pay attention. If no contact is made within the timeout, please contact customer service.
• This is a fixed itinerary. Please be at the designated location 10 minutes prior to departure. If the driver is unable to contact you due to personal reasons, to ensure the full itinerary, the driver will wait for 5 minutes and then leave. This will be considered as the guest's automatic withdrawal and no refund will be given. The loss will be borne by the guest.
• During the tour, to ensure the smooth progress of other guests' itineraries, the driver or guide will wait for 5 minutes if a guest fails to return to the designated meeting point at the designated time. Guests who are late or fail to return on time will be required to proceed to the next attraction on their own. Failure to proceed to the next attraction will be considered as a voluntary abandonment of the tour.
• Please note that each person is limited to one piece of checked baggage free of charge.
• The natural scenery is affected by the weather of the day, which is a force majeure factor. If you do not enjoy the scenery as expected, there will be no refunds, please know!
• If you need to leave the group during the trip, you can do so at the designated parking location. However, please note that the parking location cannot be changed at will during the trip. If you leave the group during the trip, your transaction will be void and no refund will be given. You will be solely responsible for any consequences that may affect your personal or property.
• In the event of force majeure or unforeseen factors such as weather or emergencies that prevent the group from being organized, all fees will be refunded and liquidated damages will not be compensated.
• This product does not include personal outbound travel insurance, and customers are advised to purchase insurance before traveling.
• If you are flying on the day of departure, please ensure that you have at least 2 hours before your flight.
• Please be sure to abide by local laws and regulations in Japan and do not bring items prohibited by Japanese law to avoid violating the law and affecting your own rights and interests.
• During free time, you should pay attention to your personal safety and property. If you fail to heed the advice and any accidents or losses occur, you will be solely responsible.
