About this tour

Under the expert guidance of a multilingual chef, during this cooking learn how to make fresh pasta following ancient Italian recipes by using flour, eggs and other ingredients, a rolling pin and a pasta machine.

You will make three different types of pasta with three different sauces and a typical Italian dessert. The course will then be followed by a lunch or a dinner which will consist of the dishes that you will have prepared, accompanied by a good Tuscan wine and a fun and friendly atmosphere.
