• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 09:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• This is a fixed shared ride. Changes to attractions and duration are not permitted. You will be sharing a ride with other passengers on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note your needs in advance, as the tour guide will make final arrangements.
• Infants and children must also be counted as passengers. Please be sure to select the correct number of participants when placing your order.
• The temperature difference between mountainous areas and coastal areas is large, so it is recommended to bring a jacket.
• The arrival time of each tour may change due to traffic conditions, weather, festivals, and crowds on the day. If the tour is delayed or cancelled due to the above or other force majeure factors, please understand that this is not a reason for requesting a refund.
• Smoking and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle.
• During your trip, please carry your passport and valuables with you and keep them safely. You will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
• If you need a child seat or other special needs, please make a note when placing an order.
• The type of vehicle is determined by the number of passengers and cannot be specified.
• You can leave the tour midway, but it will be deemed as giving up the trip and no refund will be given.
• Credit cards or electronic payments may not be accepted in some areas or stores. Travelers are advised to carry some cash with them.
