• Due to the pandemic, the operating hours of each attraction are subject to change
• Please note that the itinerary is provided for reference purposes only. In the event of force majeure, such as attraction closures due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances, or adverse traffic or weather conditions, the local tour company reserves the right to modify the itinerary, make alternative arrangements, or even cancel the tour altogether. No prior notice or compensation will be provided
• No refunds or compensation will be granted if you miss the tour or leave halfway due to personal reasons such as sickness, lack of travel documents, or accidents
• It is mandatory to carry your passport and visa during your visit
• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes in advance
• Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by at least 1 adult
• In accordance with local regulations, children under 8 years old are required to use a car seat. If a Business/High Roof/Flat Roof Bus is used, children below 8 will be charged as adults. However, free admission is available for children below 2 years old who do not occupy a seat
• One large-size luggage (weighing under 20 kg and measuring less than 28 inches) as well as one piece of carry-on baggage
• The tour guide may adjust the attraction visiting sequence depending on the weather conditions. Please consider this before booking
• The tour guide can purchase optional activities for you. However, if you choose not to participate in these activities, you will have free time to explore independently and meet with the group at the designated time and place
• The tour guide must purchase all tickets. You cannot use the tickets you bought (e.g., City Pass) on your own. Please consider this before booking
• The price details are for reference only. Please refer to each attraction's official website or on-site announcement for accurate ticket details
• The tour guide will adjust the return route to accommodate any changes in traffic conditions
• Due to weather and traffic conditions, the itinerary may change. Please ask the tour guide for any updates on the itinerary
• In the event of force majeure (e.g., weather, transportation, equipment failure, strike) causing delays or extra fees for transportation not included in this tour, refunds or compensation will not be offered
• Travelers are responsible for keeping their baggage safe and secure at all times. If a traveler loses or damages their baggage due to mechanical failures of a vehicle, partial refunds will be offered
• If the bus is delayed, travelers will receive compensation depending on the delay time. However, zero portions of the tour fee will be refunded. The tour guide will explain the compensation details on-site, and travelers must comply with the tour guide's arrangements
• Please arrive at the meeting point on time as the bus will depart promptly. Late arrivals will not be granted participation, and refunds will not be given
