• Participation is at traveler's own risk; please assess your physical capability with the on-site staff before snorkeling and diving
• Please note that travelers are allowed to participate in a max. of 3 dives for licensed divers and a max. of 2 dives for beginners
• The minimum age is 12 years old for diving activities; travelers are required to be assessed by professional coaches before diving. Please note that travelers with the following conditions are not recommended for participation: asthma, respiratory diseases, heart diseases, epilepsy, diabetes, under certain medication treatment, and any other physical discomfort
• Please note that flying and hiking (300 meters above sea level) is prohibited within 12 hours after a 1-dive diving experience; flying, skydiving, hot-air ballooning, and Kuranda touring is prohibited within 24 hours after multi-dive diving experiences
• Travelers are recommended to prepare their own camera, swimsuits, sunscreen, sunglasses, and clothes
• Travelers are recommended to bring credit cards and cash to purchase food, drinks, and access to other activities
• In the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances resulting in the cruise departure cancellation, travelers can select an alternative departure date or request a refund
