Panoramic views of the entire Santiago Bernabéu Stadium from seating in blocks 636, 638 or similar, access to the Espacio La Salle hospitality area up to 2 hours prior to the match, with food and drinks (beers/wines/sodas) included in the hospitality area. Home fans only – no colours or cheering for the away team.
- Silver Club Grada – Hospitality
Exclusive seating on the Main Stand/East Stand, providing a close-up, spectacular view of the entire stadium. Seats are located in the first tier (Block 127-129). Hospitality service is located at the NH Collection Eurobuilding Hotel, just 500 meters from the stadium (For La Liga Matches) For Champions League Matches the Hospitality is at 80 Grados Restaurant, which is also very close to the stadium and begins two hours prior to kick-off, resuming there after full time for another 90 minutes. Home fans only – no colours or cheering for the away team.

- If a match date changes from Sunday to Friday, Saturday, or Monday there are NO refunds for any cancellations
- If a match date changes from a Wednesday to Tuesday or Thursday there are NO refunds for any cancellations
- All games are scheduled on Sunday or Wednesday, but their definitive date and time can be confirmed a week before the event. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the exact date and time of the game, the official Spanish Football League website www.laliga.es:
1) For weekend games it can be moved from Sunday to Friday, Saturday or Monday
2) For mid-week games, it can be moved from Wednesday to Tuesday or Thursday
3) It is recommended to book flights and accommodations according to the possible changes, at least 1 day before the scheduled date. Clubs reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at their sole discretion at any time and at short notice
- Match postponement: If a match is postponed at short notice due to poor weather conditions, industrial action, forced mayor, or any other reason not within the control of the football club or TV companies, the match ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date and no refunds will be made. Depending on availability alternative match may be offered
- Please note that all the match tickets for the Spanish League and Champions League for this upcoming 2025 / 2026 football season will be nominal. This applies to both regular and VIP tickets. If the tickets are not registered with all customer information, that is, full names for all persons in the booking, passport number, date of birth, and nationality unfortunately match tickets will not be confirmed and be dispatched from the clubs
- Seating together can only be ensured for those who book pair arrangements, as odd-numbered seating may not be guaranteed
- Please be aware that once tickets are purchased, they are non-cancellable
