• A second reservation is required before use. Please provide [Mikitravel order number + restaurant city + name + actual dining date and number of people + QR Code on the voucher] and send it to xuyanguanfang@163.com or WeChat for reservation. Due to the large number of people dining on popular dates in the restaurant, it is recommended to make a reservation at least 3 days in advance, and the reservation date is only open for the past 14 days (the reservation schedule will be updated every Monday)
• When booking, you only need to select the area (ordinary seats/VIP seats). Please contact the supplier in advance to book specific seats. Sorry, we cannot specify them.
• If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact the merchant (after the second reservation, the actual dining date cannot be cancelled within 48 hours, and you can cancel for free after 48 hours); if you fail to contact the merchant in advance to cancel the reservation and are unable to arrive on the day, the order will not be refunded
• If some dishes are unavailable due to seasonality or other force majeure factors, the merchant will replace them with dishes of equivalent value. Please negotiate with the merchant for specific matters.
• Only dine-in service is available. No take-out is provided. If you have not finished your meal, you can pack it up. Please contact the supplier for details of the packing fee.
• Cannot enjoy other offers from merchants at the same time;
