• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Please ensure you wear a helmet during the tour; free rentals are available on the day
• Please attend the training conducted by the tour organizer on the day
• To ensure a trouble-free ride, please participate in good physical and mental health
• If the tour guide determines that safety cannot be ensured for any reason, participation in the tour may be refused, or the tour may be canceled or suspended
• For safe operation, refrain from taking photos and videos while riding unless you have permission. The guide will capture photos, which will be shared after the tour
• Equipment, guides, or unforeseen circumstances may lead to the sudden cancellation of the tour (No cancellation fee will be charged in case of cancellation due to operational reasons)
• Depending on the tour's progression, the end time may extend by up to 30 minutes. Plan your schedule after the tour accordingly with additional time
• An additional JPY450 park entrance fee is required at the site
• The tour will proceed in light rain. In the event of rain or adverse weather conditions, the local guide will assess the feasibility of the tour until 2 hours before its scheduled time. In the event of bad weather, including rain, which may hinder safe driving, the tour may be postponed or canceled
• If a decision to cancel the tour due to weather conditions or other reasons is made in advance, notification of the event cancellation, along with the option for a refund or rescheduled tour, will be sent to the phone number or email address provided during booking
