For cancellations made 11 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• Special reminder: Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes in advance to avoid delays in the subsequent itinerary. No refunds will be given for latecomers or no-shows. The final meeting point will be determined by the supplier when notifying the meeting time.
• The hotel has many types of cabins. The types and designs of the cabins are arranged by the hotel. The facilities in each cabin room may be different. Guests are not allowed to object or complain. Please note this.
• There are paid and free facilities in the hotel. All items are subject to the hotel’s announcement on the day and guests are not allowed to object or ask for compensation.
• The ripeness, size and sweetness of the fruit depend on the weather and other objective conditions. We cannot guarantee its quality. Customers cannot use the quality of the fruit as a reason to complain.
• The flower viewing period may be slightly delayed due to weather conditions. Once the tour is completed, the tour will depart as usual regardless of the flowering conditions. Please be advised.
• The venue may be repaired or closed due to the situation on the day. The decision is made by the organizer. Guests cannot use this as an excuse to ask for compensation. Please forgive me! If the restaurant is temporarily closed/full or other factors prevent you from dining on the day of departure, you will be replaced by a dining hall or cash meal coupons.
• Outdoor activities involve certain risks and potential dangers. Guests must assess whether they are suitable for participation based on their own health or ability when considering accepting any activities included in the tour or provided during the trip.
• The daily itinerary may be adjusted according to the weather, traffic and temporary conditions of the day.
• We will depart as usual even if it rains.
• In the event of an accident due to force majeure or physical injury or death due to unpredictable factors, the company's employees and related personnel will only be obliged to provide all possible assistance, and the company and its members will not bear any responsibility for the damage or casualties.
• If the meeting time and location of the itinerary reservation are changed, you will be contacted via WhatsApp/Wechat/Line and other communication methods, please pay attention!
• Please note that the tour guide and driver-leader in Japan are responsible for different areas. For groups of more than 10 people, a fluent Chinese or Cantonese-speaking tour guide will be arranged to accompany the group (the tour guide will alternate between Cantonese and Mandarin; the tour guide language cannot be specified, please refer to the arrangements on the day) (For groups of less than 10 people, only the driver-leader will accompany the group - the driver-leader is only responsible for the itinerary and time management) ※ The driver-leader accompanying the car can speak Mandarin, and you can ask the driver-leader for help in case of emergency.
• The tour fee already includes the local driver, fluent Chinese tour guide and his tips, as well as all round-trip transportation costs during the itinerary.
• Outdoor activities involve risks, so it is recommended that you purchase personal travel and medical insurance according to your needs.
