For cancellations made 15 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
• Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• No bags are allowed in Upper Antelope Canyon. Only clear bags that can see-through are allowed to carry. Guests who do not follow the rules will be refused to join and no refund will be provided
• Please note that this itinerary is for reference only. In the case of closures due to holidays, adverse traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, the local tour company has the right to modify the itinerary or make different arrangements. Please note that no prior notice or compensation will be provided
• Travelers may be asked to present ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification. Please make sure you carry the aforementioned documents with you on the day of the visit
• Please note that refunds are not available to travelers who leave the tour halfway through or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)
• Those who choose not to participate in the self-paid tours can be assisted by the tour guide in purchasing other activities. Those who choose not to participate in self-paid tours can also enjoy free time. Please be sure to make an appointment with the tour guide for the meeting time and location beforehand
• Please note that all tickets shall be purchased by the tour guide. Travelers are not allowed to use tickets they purchased on their own (e.g. City Pass)

• Please do not bring the following items when entering Antelope Canyon: suitcases (including carry-on luggage), selfie sticks, tripods, strollers, drones, pets, etc
• Travelers are advised to bring sunglasses, sun protection, hats, a jacket for cold weather, closed-toed shoes, and personal medication
