Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 22:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Travelers will receive an email to confirm details for pick-up time and location and refer to the latest info on the email. Please keep an eye on the email address you use while booking and check your inbox or spam folders to make sure you receive the email
• Travelers must present ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification. Please make sure you carry the aforementioned documents with you on the day of the visit
• Please refrain from joining the tour if you are prone to car sickness, if you are pregnant, or if your child wears diapers or is not toilet-trained for the long-distance overland trip
• In the event of force majeure (e.g. weather, transportation, equipment failure, strike) resulting in tour delays that cause travelers inconvenience or lead to travelers paying extra fees for transportation not included in this tour, refunds or compensation will not be offered
