• The festival may be changed or canceled depending on the weather on the day (rain) or circumstances of the organizer.
• Performance times and artists may change without prior notice depending on the circumstances of the organizer and performers.
• Performers may change depending on circumstances. Please understand that cancellations due to performer changes are not permitted.
• If a minor makes a reservation, it is considered that the reservation was made with parental permission.
• Neither we nor the event organizer are responsible for any loss or theft of tickets after receipt. (Tickets cannot be reissued.)
• Seats will be determined on the day. Please note that advance reservations for zones and seat numbers are not possible.
• Taking photos or videos with a telephoto camera is prohibited within the venue. Baggage may be inspected prior to entry to the venue.
• This ticket is for foreigners only. Tickets will be issued after identity verification via your passport or alien registration card. (Koreans cannot receive tickets.)
• On the day, please be sure to bring all participants' passports or alien registration certificates (originals).
• Please note that cancellations after reservation confirmation will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Refunds are not possible.
• The schedule time may vary slightly depending on traffic conditions.
• If you are late for the shuttle bus pick-up time and miss the bus, your reservation will be cancelled (no-show) on the day. Please be punctual.
• The shuttle bus runs round trip between Myeongdong Station or Hapjeong Station and the event venue.
• The shuttle departing from the event venue is a different vehicle from the one you boarded when departing from Seoul, so please be sure to take your belongings with you when getting off.
• None of our itineraries include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities carry specific risks and dangers. Guests should assess their own health and abilities. The company is not responsible for any physical damage or harm caused by accidents or unforeseen circumstances.
