Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 25 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 10 day(s) before the departure date
• Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Children and infants are not permitted to participate in this course.
• We are planning the event based on the information available at the moment (April 1, 2025). Due to requests from national and local governments, we may be forced to cancel or change the content of the festival.
• Due to the fireworks viewing, the arrival at the accommodation will be late at night.
• In case of congestion, it may take about 30 to 40 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the viewing area. Please join the tour wearing comfortable shoes and attire.
• Depending on the time of arrival at the hotel, the departure time from the hotel the next day may be delayed. In that case, the time for sightseeing may be shortened. Please note in advance.
• In order to ensure that bus staff have sufficient rest time, you may be asked to wait in the lobby after check-out until your hotel departure time.
• Please bring your own lunch on the first day, or purchase it at a service area or parking area along the way and eat it on the bus.
• Please note that passengers in odd-numbered groups will generally share bus seats, and there may be cases where men and women share seats.
• As a general rule, the event will proceed rain or shine, but there may be cases where the fireworks display is cancelled or postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. If cancellation is decided before the tour departs, the tour will also be cancelled and the full tour fee will be refunded. Also, the decision to cancel on-site will be made on the day, and cancellation notice may be given on the morning of the day due to unavoidable circumstances. If the fireworks display is cancelled or postponed after the tour departs, we will show you alternative sightseeing spots or take you directly to the hotel.
• The best time to see the flowers may vary depending on weather conditions. The departure date is set based on the usual time of year, but please note that the best viewing time may not be on the day of departure. If you cancel your tour reservation due to the flowering situation, a cancellation fee will be charged. [Tsunan Sunflowers] Average viewing time: Late July to mid-August
• For domestic trips departing on or after May 1, 2025, a handling fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes in meal content due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc. If there is a price difference, the actual cost will be charged. In principle, please inform us at least 14 days before the departure date. For requests made after that, please consult us.
• Cancellation fees apply for delays or non-participation due to transportation delays, etc. The tour will depart at the scheduled departure time.
• The itinerary may be changed.
• The departure time for the August 2nd flight will be 30 minutes earlier. Shinjuku (Departure: 11:00)
• Even if you book for two people in one room, there may be cases where you will be assigned two separate rooms.
• Your accommodation will be at "Hotel Terminal Art Inn" or a hotel of equivalent class. We will contact the representative via email or message by the day before departure only if the accommodation is not "Hotel Terminal Art Inn." (No notification will be provided if the accommodation is "Hotel Terminal Art Inn.")
• Drinking alcohol is prohibited under the age of 20 in Japan. Drinking too much is bad for your health.
