For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
• Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• This course requires a minimum of two people to participate, and single participants are not permitted.
• The dining venue will be either Ugenta or Sagenta, and we cannot accept requests for a specific venue.
• To get to the dining area, you have to go down a slippery staircase from inside the restaurant to the riverbed. The riverbed is a tatami-mat seating area, so chairs and tables are not available. There are gaps in the riverbed so that you can see the river surface. Please take off your shoes and walk on the tatami mats, so please be careful where you step.
• On the shuttle bus and at the dining venue, you will be sharing your seat with individual customers who are not Club Tourism customers. Depending on how busy the facility is on the day, you may have to wait at your seat for 30 minutes or more before your meal is served (tour participants are not given priority in the food service).
• This plan uses the free shuttle bus for the dining facility instead of a large tourist bus. Therefore, you may need to use an extra seat or share a seat with other groups.
• This is a course where you meet and disband at the location. There will be no tour conductor accompanying you, and on the day of the trip, staff at the dining facility will be handling reception and guidance, so we will contact the dining facility with your name and contact information.
• If the river water level rises due to rain or bad weather not only on the day of the tour but also the previous day, you may be required to eat inside the restaurant (indoors) and not be able to eat on the riverside. In such cases, the tour will still depart as scheduled and cancellation and change fees will be charged as per regulations, so please be aware of this in advance.
• Preschool children and infants are not allowed to participate.
• The cost of drinks during meals is not included in the tour price. Please pay for them yourself at the venue.
• We are unable to provide separate menus for guests with food allergies, etc.
