For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• Please be sure to arrive on time for the designated meeting time.
• If you do not arrive by the departure time, it will be considered a same-day cancellation and no refund will be provided.
• Please note that joining the tour partway through is not permitted.
• Due to possible traffic congestion or crowds at the destinations, the time spent at each location may be shortened, or some locations may be changed or skipped. In such cases, no refunds will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please be prepared for sudden changes in weather by bringing rain gear and wearing clothing that allows you to adjust to temperature changes.
• We also recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes.
• We kindly ask that you take any trash generated in the vehicle with you when you leave.
