• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 23:59). Notifications will then be sent via email
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• The tour requires a minimum of 6 guests in total to operate. If this number is not reached, we will contact you to other alternatives.
• Travellers are advised to wear comfortable clothes and waterproof shoes, and prepare a lightweight jacket
• Travellers are encouraged to bring sunglasses, sun protection, hats, a waterproof camera, and personal medication
• Swimsuits are required for water activities; due to hygiene reasons, please make sure to bring your own towel
• Please prepare cash and a credit card for personal expenses and look after your belongings at all times; note that there are no locks on the bus and ferry, and Mikitravel and the local agency will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items
• Please arrive at the designated meet-up points on time; participation or refunds will not be granted to late arrivals
• Please note that the pickup time may be delayed due to traffic congestion; if you have any questions, please call the number provided in the voucher
• Travellers will pay the ferry and national park ticket fee in cash directly to the driver

• This tour entails transportation modes of vehicle and ferry; please note that luggage deposit service is not available; if you plan to carry luggage, you will be liable for its safety and transfer
