For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply

• In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an e-mail notification of the cancellation will be sent 3 days before the departure date.
• Even if it rains, the event will still be held.
• Please provide the correct contact information (LINE / Kakao Talk) when booking. Failure to do so will result in a loss of contact before departure and no refund will be accepted.
• This tour is offered in either Chinese or English. Please indicate your preferred language at the checkout page. (If the reservation is full or the group size is insufficient, we will reschedule accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.)
