• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 3 day(s) before departure (local time 13:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Please provide a messaging app and ID that can be used to contact you when making a reservation.
• Please provide the company with relevant information to verify your age before departure.
• Please carry your passport and valuables with you and keep them properly while traveling. The company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
• Participants who are late or do not show up to the designated meeting location will not be eligible for a refund.
• If you have any dietary allergies, please let us know in advance when making your reservation.
• Options not included in the product are available for additional payment on site.
• Please understand that reservation confirmation is not possible on weekends, public holidays, or during customer center closing hours.
• Same-day reservations and changes are not possible.
