• A minimum of 40 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Meals are not included for children under the age of 3
• Admission tickets will not be included for travelers under the age of 3 and are required to be purchased on-site
• Please understand that refunds are not possible after application.
• The minimum number of participants is 40.
• Travel insurance is not included. We are not responsible for any bodily injury or casualty caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend that customers purchase appropriate insurance in advance.
• Flower blooming is affected by the weather, and the best blooming period is on the departure date. If the blooming conditions are not ideal on the departure date, we are not responsible and will not provide a refund.
• Room assignment: 2 people per room (We will, whenever possible, assign the same room to passengers of the same gender. If you request a single occupancy, we will compensate for the difference in price per person.)
• When applying, please provide a copy of your passport, a phone number where you can be reached during your trip, your blood type, email address, emergency contact name and phone number, and clothing size: XXS (80), XS (85), S (90), M (95), L (100), XL (105), XXL (110), XXXL (115).
• Pregnant women and those with heart disease, high blood pressure, or other chronic diseases should assess their condition and avoid strenuous activities.
• Information related to the marathon is based on announcements from the organizers, and any changes will be announced separately.
• The schedule is subject to change based on local circumstances, and we are not responsible or liable for refunds in the event of temporary safety inspections or closures of tourist attractions.
