Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 6 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
• Lunch is not included in the itinerary. We recommend you bring your own lunch or eat at the places recommended by the tour guide. You can purchase the Korean seaweed souvenirs introduced during the itinerary after the tour.
• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time. Latecomers will not be allowed to participate in the event and will not be able to request order modification, cancellation or refund on this basis.
• The pick-up time may vary by 10-15 minutes due to traffic conditions. Please note this before booking.
• If there is any emergency on the day of departure (including not being able to find the meeting point, etc.), please be sure to contact +886-965746162 and someone will handle the issue for you.
• If you request to reschedule your trip within 3 days of departure due to personal reasons, a handling fee of 20,000 KRW per person will be charged on the day of departure.
• At the Alpaca Ranch, you can spend about 15 minutes with the alpaca, walk around and take photos with them (10,000 won per alpaca). However, if the alpaca becomes emotionally unstable, the experience will not be allowed for safety reasons.
• The autumn scenery will be adjusted according to weather conditions, and the maple leaves cannot be guaranteed.
• All tours offered by the Company do not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities carry certain risks and dangers. Guests must assess their own health and abilities. The Company is not responsible for any bodily harm or injury resulting from accidents or unforeseen circumstances.
