Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 7 day(s) before the departure date
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Meals are not included for children under the age of 2
• This tour is designed for foreign tourists and is primarily guided by English-speaking staff.
• Customers cannot request a specific seat. Generally, foreign passengers will be seated at the back of the bus for convenience. Groups of 10 or more may be asked to assign seats to the back of the bus. Also, if there is an odd number of people booking, you may have to share a seat.
• We cannot accommodate changes to the menu due to allergies, religious reasons, etc.
• Shirakawa-go Observatory is not included.
• Children aged 0-1 years old travel free of charge if they do not occupy a seat.
• Children ages 0-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• In the event of heavy snowfall or other inclement weather affecting the safety of your trip, we may notify you the day before or the morning of your departure date.
• Due to weather conditions the tour may be cancelled, in which case you will receive a full refund.
• Due to traffic congestion, etc., the free walk in Takayama may be shortened. The return time may be significantly delayed.
