• Please do not bring items that may cause harm to others; prohibited items: weapons (knife, gun, baseball bat, etc.), wheeled objects (roller shoes, bike, kick scooter, etc.), food, beverages (excluding water), alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, pets, photography equipment, stereo, large-size bag (over 25" in height, 17" in width, or 9" in length), and other dangerous items
• The sceneries travellers see from the observation deck are subject to weather conditions
• Crowd control is applied on-site and SkyPoint implements on a first-come-first-served policy; in the event of a full observation deck, admission will not be granted
• Please keep your volume low. Failure to do so will result in an admission decline. Requests for rescheduling, refunds, or compensation will not be granted
• Please note that smoking is not allowed
• All photos, videos, or audio travellers take are allowed for personal use only. Without written consent, any business use of photos, videos, or audio will not be granted
• SkyPoint reserves the right to take photos of travellers for promotions and business purposes; by entering SkyPoint, you agree that SkyPoint may use photos of you for business purposes without compensation to you
• A free parking lot is available on-site. Please note that the parking spaces are limited; the local agency will not be held liable for the safety of your vehicle
