Stop by for a photo at the Museum of the Future giving a glimpse for what’s to come in the future. Pay a visit to the Blue Mosque, inspired by Ottoman and Andalusian architecture, featuring intricate interiors, beautiful chandeliers, and a library housing almost 40,000 religious books.
Afterward, explore Old Dubai and its Creekside. Visit the Gold Souk, renowned for its wide collection of gold jewelry, while the Spice Souk brims with aromatic spices, herbs, saffron, and more.
Hop on the Abra water taxi, the city’s oldest mode of transportation, to cross the Creek.
Finally, visit the Al Khayma Heritage House in Al Fahidi Historical District, where you’ll be treated to traditional Emirati hospitality with tea or coffee. While touring the home, learn more about the UAE’s history, which began in the deserts.
