• A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 2 day(s) before departure (local time 00:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• The temperature in mountainous areas is relatively low, so please prepare outerwear.
• Maple red is a natural phenomenon and there is no guarantee that Maple Red will occur on the day of the tour. Maple Leaf cannot request a refund if it fails to meet the customer's expectations.
• All of our travel itineraries do not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities have certain risks and dangers. Guests should assess their own health and abilities. The company is not responsible for any physical damage or harm caused by accidents or unforeseen factors.
• ⚠️ In case of bad weather such as typhoons or strong winds, the possibility of tour departure will be determined 1-2 days before departure (00:00 local time) and you will be notified via email and Mikitravel message.
• ⚠️ If the cable car operation is suspended due to weather factors such as strong winds, the schedule will be adjusted to another alternative tourist destination and no additional fees will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
• ⚠️ During peak tourist season, traffic congestion may occur on the last 1.5km section of the road leading to the national park. Depending on the situation on site, the tour guide may decide to disembark from the vehicle and walk. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
• ⚠️ Departure Information: The guide will not randomly add passengers' contact information, and an information letter will be sent to the email address you provided 2-3 days before departure. Please be sure to check your email before departure to familiarize yourself with the latest schedule.
