For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply

For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• ●Please wear your seat belt while the bus is in motion. Seats are free seats. After the tour departs, please refrain from moving from your seat to a seat occupied by another customer.
• ●You may be asked to share your seat.
• ●If the customer cancels, regardless of the reason, such as delays or suspension of other transportation services, the specified cancellation fee will be charged. There are no refunds for unused services. Please arrive at the meeting place with plenty of time to spare.
• ●Never enter private land (farmlands, forests, residences).
• ●Pick-up and drop-off locations for each course will be designated in advance. Please note that we will not stop at pick-up or drop-off locations without reservations.
