  • Meeting point description: Please arrive 10 minutes early. You'll meet your friendly guide in Piazza Santissima Annunziata in front of the statue of Ferdinando dei Medici on a horse. A representative will be there holding a sign with "The Tour Guy" on it. After the lunch break, the second part of the tour will start from Piazza della Signoria, by the equestrian statue of Cosimo de' Medici.   • Entrance into any religious site requires a strict dress code. Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women
  • Please note that large bags, backpacks, luggage and tripods cannot be brought into the Accademia or Uffizi Galleries. There is no coat check or space at the Accademia Gallery to leave your belongings and at the Uffizi Gallery there is a coat check at the entrance, however, the tour ends in a different area
  • Each participant is required to carry a copy of the identification page of their passports. A photo of the first page of the passport saved on your smartphone works as well
  • It is suggested to wear comfortable shoes and to bring a hat, sunscreen and a bottle of water during the warmer months
