• A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
• 📌 Itinerary Notice | The itinerary times are for reference only. The order and schedule may be adjusted at the guide’s discretion depending on local weather, traffic conditions, and other circumstances. We kindly ask for your understanding.
• 📌 On the Day of the Tour
• 1. Please present your original passport and Mikitravel e-voucher to the guide at the meeting point on the day of departure. 2. Vehicle type may vary depending on the number of participants.
• 3. If you fail to arrive at the meeting point by the designated time, it will be considered a voluntary cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
• 📌 Important Participation Notes
• Participation in the entire itinerary and vehicle transfer is mandatory. For safety reasons, leaving midway or joining only part of the itinerary is not allowed.
• ⚠️ Please provide a reachable messenger ID when booking (choose one: Line, WeChat, WhatsApp, or KakaoTalk). If your contact information is missing and you cannot be reached on the day of the tour, participation will not be possible and no refund will be given.
• 📌 Additional Fees & Other Information
• 1. This tour provides a 14-hour service (including guide and vehicle). An additional fee of KRW 40,000 per hour will apply for overtime usage, payable in cash on-site.
• 2. Infant car seats are not provided. If you require a stroller or wheelchair, advance notice is mandatory. However, loading may not be possible if vehicle space is limited.
• 3. Luggage such as suitcases cannot be loaded onto the vehicle. Please keep this in mind when booking.
