For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply

For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 10 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
• Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• The bus will depart promptly; adhere to the boarding time to avoid issues. Delays will not be accommodated, and responsibility for missed departures rests with the traveler.
• Early arrival at attractions or early trip conclusion may occur due to facility closures or restricted visiting hours.
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic conditions or weather.
• In case of natural disasters or severe weather, the trip may be canceled. Confirm departure status by contacting the company.
• Visit durations at each attraction depend on traffic and participant numbers.
• This itinerary is available in Mandarin and Japanese.
• Late arrivals or personal delays will result in automatic cancellation without a refund. Similarly, no refunds are provided for abandoning the tour midway.
• If the traveler abandons the tour midway due to personal reasons, the company will not provide a refund.
• During consecutive holidays, trips may end later than scheduled due to road congestion. Any additional costs for taxis or accommodation resulting from delays will not be covered.
• Bus seats are unassigned, smoking is prohibited, and restrooms are not available on the bus.
• If a facility closes due to force majeure after the itinerary begins, a partial refund will be issued. Refunds will not match the facility’s published prices as trip fees differ.
