• This tour is only open to foreigners who do not hold a Korean passport
• Show your passport at the meeting point on time on the appointment day
• We do not accept repeated reservations by changing the name of the person making the reservation to extend the ride time for the same group of passengers.
• If you need to extend the time, please ask the driver before departure if he can cooperate and settle the bill on the spot (₩20,000 per hour)
• No child safety seats provided
• No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure
• If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact customer service during working hours.
• Cancellation or change requests made after 18:00 on weekdays, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
