• E-voucher will be sent to your e-mail within 2 business days after your boat ticket is issued. Please present a copy of this voucher along with all guest passports upon boarding
• Children aged 2 years and below (not occupying a seat) may ride the ferry free of charge.
• Please arrive at the port 30–60 minutes before the departure time
• In the event that guests miss their ferry, rescheduling of tickets can be made at the pier; additional charges may apply
• Each guest may bring up to one piece of carry-on, not occupying seats or the aisle. Each piece must weigh 15 kg or under, and its length, width, and depth may not add up to more than 100 cm. A surcharge of ₱15 per kilogram applies for carry-ons that exceed the weight limit; please note that prices are subject to change
• Business Class is located on the 2nd floor, with more space and fewer passengers
• Please provide your scheduled date and time for us to reserve the tickets in advance
• According to the company’s policy, tickets can only be issued 7–14 days prior to the departure date; however, if you still wish to make bookings at an earlier time, we can reserve seats and provide a voucher when bookings become available
• After bookings have been completed, any changes or amendments must be made on-site at the port ticket counters; additional charges may apply
