• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• After the order is confirmed, the date cannot be changed, and any loss is your responsibility
• The itinerary's departure time may be advanced or slightly delayed due to the tourist season or other special circumstances (the exact departure time is subject to the notice of the tour guide)
• Elderly people, patients with high blood pressure, heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases, pregnant women, etc., are recommended to be accompanied by relatives
• This itinerary does not accept separate registration for customers under the age of 18. Minors must sign up with a guardian
• This is a carpool fixed itinerary. Customers who participate in this itinerary must abide by the stay time of each scenic spot and follow the arrangements of the driver. If you want to adjust the itinerary, please refer to our chartered travel service instead
• Please note that there are no refunds for non-participation or cancellation due to personal reasons, tardiness, and other reasons
• Travelers who leave the group are considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued. Any personal or property repercussions will be faced solely by the traveler
• Depending on the traffic conditions, weather, festivals, and crowds of the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may change. No refunds will be issued in case of delay or cancellation of the itinerary due to the above-mentioned or other force majeure factors
• Meals are not included in this itinerary, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are at your own expense. Please note that certain restaurants do not accept outside food or occupying a seat without ordering meals
• Elderly people over the age of 70 need to ensure good health and fitness for travel, and they must be accompanied by family members or friends over the age of 22 throughout the trip
• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult passenger throughout the trip
• Please note that we do not provide language services other than Chinese and Japanese
• The order and time of pick-up and drop-off will be arranged by the driver and guide according to the distance of the journey. Please cooperate and follow the arrangement of the driver and guide
• The specific pick-up time and the leader's license plate information will be sent to your email before 21:00 Japan time the day before departure, so please pay attention to check your email at that time. If you do not receive the email, please contact us immediately.
• The flowering period may be advanced or delayed due to the climate and other conditions of the year. In this case, the travel fee will not be refunded.
