For cancellations made 9 to 11 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
For cancellations made 3 to 8 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• The schedule may change depending on the transportation and road conditions, and arrival at the destination may be delayed. In the unlikely event that the return is delayed and you need to use a taxi or stay overnight, you will not be charged.
• Depending on the weather or crowding, the time spent at the stopover facilities may be shortened or the stopover facilities may be canceled. Also, the stopover itinerary may change depending on the car number.
• If you are traveling to Sapporo, Hokkaido, please refrain from participating on the last day of your trip. (There is no compensation for bus delays.)
• If there is even one section closed before using the expressway on either the outbound or return journey, you will have to take the national or prefectural road, and rest areas may be roadside stations, etc. Also, depending on your arrival time, the time you can visit Asahiyama Zoo may be significantly reduced, or in the worst case, you may not be able to visit at all. If you are unable to visit, we will refund the admission ticket price. Thank you for your understanding.
• Tour times may change depending on road conditions, etc. As a result, you may not be able to see events such as "Mogu Mogu Time." Please also note that events such as "Mogu Mogu Time" may not be held depending on the future COVID-19 infection situation.
• Please note that the flower viewing season may vary depending on the weather conditions of the year. Also, the types and number of flowers may change from year to year.
• There will be no tour conductor, but an attendant will be on board.
• You cannot get off at the hotel where you boarded the bus. (It will be near the north exit of Sapporo Station.)
• Please note that lunch will be on your own at the zoo.
• Smoking is prohibited on the tour bus. There are no toilets on the bus. We will make toilet breaks and stop at sightseeing spots as necessary, so please use the restroom breaks there.
• Large luggage such as suitcases will be stored in the trunk of the bus. Since you will not be able to take your luggage in or out during the trip, please prepare anything you need for sightseeing in your carry-on luggage. Please inform the staff at the reception on the day that you have luggage to check in.
• Due to legal changes to bus driver working hours etc. from April 1st, we may not be able to stop at tourist spots depending on the congestion situation. Thank you for your understanding.
