• A minimum of 6 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
• Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• The minimum group size is 6 people. For groups with less than 9 people, a Japanese driver with an interpreter will provide full tour assistance. The driver will not accompany you, and no additional tour leader will be assigned. Please note.
• Experience snow activities at Shikisai-no-Oka at your own expense. If snow activities are unavailable, we will offer a substitute service at Otokoyama Sake Brewery.
• Snow activities are optional and are subject to change based on weather conditions, traffic conditions, and availability. Please note that the itinerary and duration of each attraction may also be adjusted based on the circumstances of the day. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• The company is not responsible for any inability to join the tour or poor quality of the photos due to force majeure such as traffic or weather. No refunds or rescheduling are possible. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated pick-up location at the designated time. Please do not be late. This itinerary does not allow transfers or mid-trip connections. If you are unable to join the day tour due to personal reasons, you will be solely responsible for any losses. Thank you for your understanding.
• If affected by traffic congestion, facility maintenance, etc., the itinerary or stay time of each attraction will be adjusted.
• No refund will be given if the passenger abandons the tour due to personal reasons.
• If snow activities are not available or cannot be carried out, the Otokoyama Brewery Museum will be used as a substitute.
• Penguin walks are held from mid-December to mid-March each year, and the specific dates are subject to official announcements.
