For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Please note that all courses require reservations, and the bus will not stop at pick-up points (meeting points) or drop-off points without reservations.
• Generally, we will not wait for customers who do not arrive after the departure time. In this case, the event will be treated as a "non-participation without notification."
• There may be suspensions or delays in service due to road conditions, weather conditions, etc.
• The vehicle will be a large bus, medium-sized bus, or small bus depending on the number of people in the reservation, and may be a jumbo taxi or small taxi depending on the circumstances.
• Seats are non-reserved. Please note that seats may be assigned due to full seats or other reasons.
• Please fastening your seat belt.
• Please note that we ask that you refrain from riding the bus wearing ski or board boots as it can be slippery and extremely dangerous.
• The only luggage that can be kept in the trunk of the vehicle is ski equipment and one item of other luggage.
• If you bring skis or snowboards, please bring them in a special bag or case. We ask for your cooperation as this may cause damage to your luggage when loading and unloading onto the bus or in the trunk while the bus is in motion.
