<Hwacheon Chilseong Observatory> 

Managed by the Rising Chilseong Division (7th Division), Hwacheon Chilseong Observatory is situated at the northernmost point of Hwacheon, known as the third closest location between North and South Korea. The Chilseong Division was the first to raise the Taegukgi during the Korean War.

 <Otter Research Center> 

Designated as Natural Monument No. 330 and categorized as an endangered species, the otter is a crucial indicator of aquatic ecosystems. Established in 2013, the Otter Research Center in Asia conducts research, breeding, and restoration projects to preserve and study otters. Visitors can witness the life of wild otters up close. 

<Chuncheon Canoeing Experience> 

Chuncheon’s Jungdo Waterway offers a course for water sports such as canoeing and yachting on rivers or lakes. Like the famous Jeju Olle Trail and Jirisan Dulle-gil, this route lets you enjoy nature. Canoeing along the beautiful Uiam Lake in Chuncheon allows families, friends, and colleagues to experience both the tranquility of life and the thrill of adventure.
