Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• When making a reservation, please be sure to provide your contact information (a mobile number with international roaming/Line/WhatsApp/WeChat). Customer service will confirm your itinerary with you by 21:00 (local time) one day before departure. Please note this. If you haven't received any contact by then, please contact customer service.
• Therefore, the itinerary is a shared day tour. If the driver cannot contact you due to personal reasons, in order to ensure the travel time of all passengers, the driver will wait for 5 minutes and then leave. It will be deemed that the passenger has automatically given up. The fee will not be refunded and the loss will be borne by the passenger.
• To ensure the smooth progress of other guests' itineraries, the driver or guide will wait for 5 minutes if a guest fails to return to the designated meeting point at the designated time. Late/late guests will be required to proceed to the next attraction on their own. Failure to proceed to the next attraction will be considered as a voluntary withdrawal from the group and a forfeiture of the itinerary, and no refund will be given.
• Parking is permitted at designated locations during this tour, and you are permitted to leave the group. However, you cannot change the parking location at will. Please understand. If you leave the group during the tour, your transaction will be void and no refund will be given. You will be solely responsible for any consequences that may affect your personal or property.
• Due to limited space on board, each passenger is allowed one piece of checked luggage (28 inches or less) free of charge. Please indicate this in the "Remarks" section when booking. If you require more than one piece of checked luggage, a seat fee of JPY 2,000 per piece will apply, payable to the driver on-site.
• The natural scenery is affected by the weather on the day, which is a force majeure factor. If you fail to enjoy the expected scenery, no refund will be given. Please be advised!
• If the tour cannot be formed due to force majeure such as weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen factors, all fees will be refunded without compensation for liquidated damages.
• The car model will be arranged according to the number of people on the day: 5-8 seat car: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seat car: Toyota HIACE or the same level; 18-22 seat car: minibus; 22 seat and above car: large bus.
• If you are flying on the day of departure, please ensure that you have at least 2 hours before your flight.
• Eating is prohibited on the bus to avoid disturbing other passengers.
• If you need a vomit bag, please ask the driver in advance. Please do not vomit on the bus. The cleaning costs and the costs caused by suspension of operation are borne by the passengers.
• Those under 18 or over 65 cannot purchase tickets alone and must be accompanied by a guardian.
• The times in the itinerary are standard times under smooth traffic conditions and are for reference only. Due to local Japanese laws and regulations, drivers are limited to a 10-hour workday. Therefore, if you encounter traffic jams, your stay at the attraction will be reduced accordingly. Please place your order with caution. Thank you for your understanding.
• In the summer (approximately June-August), sunsets are later, and the best time to view the night view of Mount Rokko is usually after dark (after 7:00 PM). Due to cable car operating hours, traffic regulations, and overall itinerary arrangements, this product may not be able to stay for the best night view in the summer. Please note.
