• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
• Meals are not included for children under the age of 5
• Some plans are based on a single group, but generally the minimum group size is 20. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour will be cancelled and a cancellation notice will be sent by email 7 days before departure.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
• Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. The bus will depart on time. Latecomers will not be accepted. Latecomers will be deemed no-shows and will not be refunded or allowed to join the tour later. Please note.
• Please confirm your tour number on site and meet in front of the LOVE statue in front of Shinjuku i-Land Tower.
• Please understand that due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather, there may be changes in itinerary and cancellation of attractions.
• This tour only offers Chinese and Japanese-speaking tours. If you require an English-speaking tour guide, please indicate this when placing your order. This arrangement is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that no English-speaking tour guide is provided.
• Due to traffic conditions and other factors on the day of your trip, your visit duration may be adjusted or some attractions may be cancelled. Please note that your return arrival time may also be significantly delayed.
• The above itinerary is an estimated arrival time. We cannot control traffic conditions, so please avoid planning activities that evening. We sincerely apologize for any delays.
• In the Taipingshan Cherry Blossom Tunnel, if there is heavy traffic or the best cherry blossom viewing period has passed, you can view the cherry blossoms from your car instead.
• The cherry blossom viewing period may be slightly delayed due to weather conditions. Once the tour is completed, the tour will depart as scheduled regardless of the cherry blossom blooming conditions. Please be advised.
• Vehicle Type: Vehicles are assigned based on the number of participants. For larger groups, a driver and accompanying personnel will be assigned to provide full travel services. No additional tour leaders will be assigned. Upon arrival at each attraction, visitors are free to explore freely.
• Please note that the fee for children aged 3-5 only includes bus seats.
• Infants: Children under 3 years old ride free. Each adult may only bring one infant under 3 years old, not occupying a seat. Meals and attraction tickets will not be provided. Child fees will apply if a seat is occupied. Please note that if you are traveling with an infant under 3 years old, please indicate this in the Remarks column.
• For lunch, you can enjoy an all-you-can-eat Japanese BBQ. If you need to change to a vegetarian meal due to allergies or religious reasons, or if you do not want to eat (no refunds will be accepted), please order a vegetable dish from the menu. We cannot provide a vegetarian meal. Thank you for your understanding.
• Due to limited space in the luggage storage compartments, if you wish to bring a large suitcase on board, please inform us in the remarks section. Thank you for your cooperation.
• After the trip has departed, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded based on the actual expenses incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation expenses will be borne by the passenger.
• Passengers under the age of 18 cannot participate alone and must be accompanied by a passenger aged 18 or above.
• During the experience, you may be seated at the same table or table with fellow passengers on the bus or restaurant. This is subject to the tour leader and facility arrangements on the day.
