• This product may be adjusted according to weather and other factors. For your safety, the staff has the right to ask guests to suspend outdoor activities and communicate with you to make other arrangements. The specifics will be subject to the actual situation on the day.
• In case of bad weather or other force majeure factors, the fireworks show may be delayed or the attractions may change the operation time without prior notice, or even cancel some of the operations and performances. Since the tour includes viewing tickets, partial refunds will be processed according to the event's refund situation
• The transportation, sightseeing and stay time in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation of the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.), the tour guide may reasonably adjust the order of attractions in the itinerary or delete attractions based on the actual situation and with the consent of the guests.
• Seasonal events (such as cherry blossoms, maple leaves, special flower periods, illumination, fireworks festivals, snow scenery sightseeing, hot spring season, festivals, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather or other force majeure factors. The specific arrangements may be adjusted, so please refer to the official notification.
• If we do not receive a clear official notification to cancel the event, we will proceed according to the original plan. If the condition of the flowering period or special activities are not as expected, no refund will be made. Please be advised.
• During the tour, you are not allowed to leave the group early or midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the remainder of the tour will be deemed to be forfeited by you and no fees will be refunded. Tourists are responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group. Please understand.
• Since this is a group tour, there may be guests who speak other languages traveling with you, please understand.
• Since the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival has a start time, the tour must depart on time. Please do not be late at the meeting point or attractions. You will not be able to get a refund if you are late. Please be aware.
• In order to ensure a smooth trip for you and other travellers, please be sure to confirm the meeting point address and time before departure to avoid being late on the morning of the day. If you are unable to join the tour due to lateness, no refund will be given, please be aware!
• Because it is a group tour, the car model will be determined according to the number of people on that day. A small car will be used for up to 9 people, and the driver will lead the tour.
• Since this is a 2-day tour and will be affected by traffic and weather, please be sure not to arrange important evening itineraries, such as flights after the tour, Shinkansen, night buses, French fine dining, performances and concerts, etc. If there is a delay that impacts your subsequent itinerary, we will not bear the responsibility and compensation, thank you for your understanding.
• Travelers will see the fireworks at the designated seats at the front of venue B, so please be sure not to go to other areas.
• Due to the late arrival time, no dinner will be provided on the day, but breakfast will be provided the next morning. You can prepare a light meal for the evening before the tour or purchase it at the fireworks venue.
